very understanding

I am an international student studying in London. During the summer, my flatmates and I would be flying back to our home country. It is hard to find an agent that truly understands the struggles of an international student having to find a place to stay without paying up extra rent for the months where we won’t be around. However, Kalam was very understanding and helped us secure a property that fits that particular aspect. Even though the contract didn’t follow through, we were still grateful to have an agent that supported and catered to our needs, at a very crucial time.
